Avon Annual Sales Conference

The Challenge

Avon turned 125 years young in 2011, and required a conference concept to enthuse and excite national sales managers about the new range of Avon products, incentives and brands. The conference theme for 2011 was quite simply “Believe”

The Solution

This international company operates off of a direct marketing strategy and is driven on passion! In recognising this we developed, scripted and implemented a theatrical stage production including technical, multimedia, scripting, costumes and make-up, choreography and music. Avon’s Brand Managers played bright and colourful characters straight out of the “Land of Make believe” and each scene was cleverly molded to introduce the Avon range for 2011/2012 to it’s sales representatives.

The Result

A fun-filled, slick and professional production that had our audience captivated and involved for a full 90 minutes! It took over 3 months of set design, rehearsals and meticulous attention to detail, but was worth every bead of sweat & grey hair in the end!
